We are a full service shop. With the technical knowledge, experience and training that our service department has, we are ready to tackle any job. From big to small we service it all. Our technicians receive training on-line as well as through the mail training to keep up to date. All of the technicians have access to support sites through our manufactures to resolve any equipment issues in a timely manner.

PLANNED MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS

With a Planned Maintenance (PM) Agreement, you’ll get a fixed price for future work that’s tailored to meet your specific needs. This makes budgeting and tracking maintenance a breeze.

  • Improve resale value thanks to documented maintenance

CERTIFIED MAINTENANCE INSPECTIONS (CMIS)

service3If you understand the value of having highly trained New Holland service technicians working on your equipment, then you’ll also appreciate our annual Certified Maintenance Inspection program.

CMIs are a proven and effective way to prevent downtime, protect your equipment investment, and improve resale value thanks to well-documented service work. In the off-season and preseason, our trained and experienced technicians will inspect your equipment and provide recommendations on how to maintain your machine for peak performance.

CMIs are well documented and provide valuable service records for the equipment owner. Decals on your equipment are a visual indicator completed service. These in turn can increase the equipment’s resale value: equipment that’s had annual CMIs done will hold its resale value better than equipment that hasn’t.

WARRANTIES AND PURCHASED PROTECTION PLANS

service4With one of the best parts warranties in the industry, you’ll have solid peace of mind with New Holland parts and labor warranties that cover both new and remanufactured parts installed at your New Holland dealership. It’s worth noting that, unlike many competitors, we include the cost of labor when you service your equipment at your New Holland dealership.

For added peace of mind, we offer Purchased Protection Plans that reduce the cost of potential future repairs and protect your equipment beyond the base warranty.

For new equipment, we offer protection periods of up to 60 months or 10,000 machine hours, whichever occurs first. Plans include Powertrain, Powertrain plus hydraulics, and Premier plans that cover Powertrain plus hydraulics and electrical. Our plans are flexible, with no complicated forms to complete, and can be easily financed through your New Holland dealer. Customers can select the number of months and hours to meet their specific needs. And, our plans can be transferred over to new equipment owners at no charge.

We also offer plans for all New Holland remanufactured replacement and long block engines, transmissions and axles installed by your New Holland dealer. For engines, protection periods are available for 36 months/ 3,000 hours or 48 months/4,000 hours, whichever occurs first. For transmissions and axles, protection periods are available for 24 months/2,000 hours, 36 months/3,000 hours or 48 months/4,000 hours, whichever occurs first.
