The BigBaler PLUS Series is available in 3’x3’ and 3’x4’ bale sizes. Select a standard model or increase bale density with a CropCutter® crop processing system. A wide range of productivity-enhancing options from axles to automation is available.

The BigBaler PLUS Series features a bale chamber that’s 31.5 inches (.80 m) longer than prior series. This results in a softer bale drop, bales that are up to 10% denser, and more consistent bale density.

By combining SmartSteer™ swath guidance and the IntelliCruise™ feed rate control system, IntelliSense™ bale automation features a LiDAR sensor for hands-free baling day or night.

The Loop Master™ double knotting system produces stronger knots for fewer broken bales and eliminates twine offcuts for cleaner fields and feed, saving nearly four miles of twine saved every 10,000 bales.

Cutting crop results in tighter material packing, which means greater bale density and more weight per bale. Shorter particle lengths also improves feed digestibility, silage bale fermentation, bale breakup/mixing, and bedding absorbency and distribution.

The patented, multi-award-winning Loop Master™ double knotting system is not your average large square baler knotter. The first knotter rotation creates a standard knot to finish bales, while the second rotation creates a loop-style knot that’s 37% stronger for added strength to start each new bale.
